
We Are of This Place – Station Road Stroll

On Sunday April 27th there will be a short level stroll along Station Road, Liskeard, stopping regularly to hear about the first occupants of the Victorian terraces that sprang up when the GWR main line station opened in 1859.
Stroll leader will be local historian and Bard of Gorsedh Kernow, Brian Oldham.

This event is part of the ‘We Are of This Place’, a month-long celebration of the Looe Valleys’ people, history, and landscape covering all parishes between Liskeard and Looe.
