
We Are of This Place – Heritage Walk

On the Tuesdays of April 8th and 22nd at 10.00am local historian and Bard of Gorsedh Kernow, Brian Oldham, will be leading moderate classed walks of up to 3 miles across open moorland, stopping at a variety of archaeological remains from Neolithic to the 20th century.
The starting point for both walks will be The Hurlers Car Park at Minions. Wear sturdy footwear and clothing suitable for the weather conditions. Dogs must be on leads, and be aware that you’ll be walking at your own risk.
This event is part of the ‘We Are of This Place’, a month-long celebration of the Looe Valleys’ people, history, and landscape covering all parishes between Liskeard and Looe.
