This Is Me!- Caradon Youth Theatre

Early Energy Concerts presents THIS IS ME 17.03.18 Liskeard Public Hall 7PM

70 Young people (aged between 5 and 18) will be taking to the stage in EEC’s spring concert ‘THIS IS ME’. An awesome celebration of identity and individuality through performance. Caradon Youth Choir, Dance and Theatre groups will be presenting an eclectic mix of songs, dance and drama. This follows on from their successful concerts at the end of last year ‘In Flanders Fields’ and ‘Joy to the World’.

Musical Director, Kate Rogers will be heading up a live band again (from the drums!), but a six piece this time including Chris Howarth on the piano. “We are really excited, not only to have Chris and trumpeter Iain Scullion with us again, but also three other great musicians – it’s going to be a really special evening”.

Director Nic Early said “Our concerts are going from strength to strength. All of the children are working really hard and the most fantastic thing is to see how they have grown in confidence and as individuals, which is what this concert is all about. Our groups are all inclusive and we have a mission to address mental health. The performing arts are a powerful tool in helping children in many ways and especially with their mental well-being.” “We would urge the community to come and support our young people, they are amazing and this concert will certainly inspire hope in our future generations!”
