For Summer 2016 Quantum Theatre presents a brand new production of Shakespeare’s most magical and enchanting romance, The Tempest.
On a remote island, Prospero, the Duke of Milan, plots to restore his daughter Miranda to her rightful place using illusion, magical spirits and manipulation. He conjures up a tempest to lure his usurping brother Antonio and the complicit King Alonso of Naples to the island. But for those who are shipwrecked, trickery abounds, romance blossoms and monsters lurk in dark corners of his magical island…
