Walking is a great way to keep fit, with Tamar valley walking for health you will have the opportunity to walk with others on scenic routes every Thursday around Gunnislake & Calstock.

A fantastic 2.6 mile walk through the Danescombe Valley ending at Calstock where we will catch the bus back to Tamar valley Centre. Please bring money for bus
