St Cleer Well Dressing

St Cleer’s Well is the latest historic place to be taken into the care of Cornwall Heritage Trust, and to celebrate, we are re-introducing the annual tradition of dressing the well.
The event is open to the general public and will involve the children from St Cleer Primary School. The blessing of the well will take place in Cornish and English, with short prayers by the local Curate and singing. Cornish dancing will then take place at the school.
Donations of flowers and foliage are welcome. You can deliver them to Brian Oldham in Liskeard & District Museum on Thursday May 4th or to the school early on Friday May 5th.
Everyone is welcome and booking is not required.
