South East Cornwall Wellbeing Festival - Downderry

On Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th September there will be a Wellbeing Festival at Downderry

There are Yoga classes for all abilities, Zen Yoga, Yin Yoga, QiGong, Somatics, Cranial-Scaral taster sessions, Trauma Release Exercise Workshops and many more classes.  There will also be storytelling, rock-pooling and meditation sessions.

All events are free, but a donation of £5 is suggested. There are various locations for each event including Downderry Village Hall, The Zone Downderry, Downderry beach, Seaton Beach and Hazel’s Wood.
