Sound Therapy Session

There will be a sound therapy session at the Public Hall on Tuesday 26th March between 10am – 11am.

Pop along for healing sound, vibrations of gongs, drums, chimes for a bit of relaxation and ‘You’ time.

£10 per person.  Arrive 10 minutes before. Mats, blankets and eyemasks provided.
