This is our Spring Moor to Sea poetry walk! Let the history, environment and people of the valley inspire you.

This walk is another opportunity to gather together and learn more about our valley.

We will read some poetry and spend time reflecting and writing our own poetry, so bring a notepad or you can make notes on your phone!

There will an opportunity to share words we’ve written inspired by the walk at a poetry open mic night,19:30-21:00 on the 1st April at St. Nicholas’ Church, West Looe.

This walk is approximately 4.5km. We will take the train to St. Keyne Wishing Well Halt and walk along to Sandplace. We will catch the train back to Looe.

This is a free event, however you will need to purchase a train ticket. If this is an issue for you then please contact Stephen Horscroft who is the Moor to Sea project manager on 07975 714867.

Meet at Looe Train Station at 11:00.
Please wear appropriate footwear and clothing. It is mostly road walking, but comfortable walking shoes are encouraged.
Please bring a packed lunch.
