A masterwork of the German silent cinema. The film will be accompanied by a live soundtrack performed by local band ‘Wurlitza’. By adding a mix of classical, blues and pop music they bridge the gap between the centuries, adding a modern twist to this extraordinary film. The music includes works by Beethoven, Chopin, Django Reinhart, the Doors, Magic Numbers and Kraftwerk.
