Liskerrett Community Cinema - Brian and Charles

We’re really pleased to be bringing the community cinema back! As before, it is first Friday of the month so it is easy to remember.

This month the film is Brian and Charles. Eccentric loner Brian (David Earl) lives a quiet life in a remote Welsh village, inventing useless junk — when one day he invents a robot named Charles Petrescu (Chris Hayward). The two strike up an immediate bond. But when locals in the village kidnap Charles, Brian and his kindly neighbour Hazel (Louise Brealey) fight for his freedom.

Films are shown on the first Friday of the month at 2.30pm and 7.30pm unless otherwise advertised. The matinee screenings are sub-titled.

Tickets £5 on the door (£4 for under 16s) and there is free entry for carers, all are welcome, we provide refreshments at each screening and produce film notes for people who provide us with an email address.
