Liskerrett Community Cinema - The Unlikely Pilgrimage of Harold Fry

Our community cinema runs on the first Friday of the month so it is easy to remember.

This month the film is The Unlikely Pilgrimage of Harold Fry starring Jim Broadbent and Penelope Wilton – A seemingly unremarkable man in his sixties named Harold one day learns that his old friend Queenie is dying. He embarks on a walk, only to keep going for 724kms until he reaches Queenie’s hospice, much to the despair of his wife Maureen.

Numbers are limited to ensure audience members can have more space between groups who have not come together and we are asking if you can book ahead please by phoning the Liskerrett Centre 01579 340347 or emailing [email protected]

Films are shown on the first Friday of the month at 2.30pm and 7.30pm unless otherwise advertised. The matinee screenings are sub-titled.

Tickets £5 on the door (£4 for under 16s) and there is free entry for carers, all are welcome, we provide refreshments at each screening and produce film notes for people who provide us with an email address.
