Described by The Times as a ‘storyteller for the 21st century,’ Graham’s enthusiasm, energy and enthusiastic performances have captivated audiences worldwide. He was a resident storyteller at Birmingham Storytelling Cafe for seventeen years and his shows are guaranteed to delight audiences.

Follow him as he touches the deepest levels of your emotions, at one moment bright and breezy bringing colour and sunlight into his stories, then dark and mysterious the next.

Graham exudes passion as he tells a mixture of tales, from romantic and stirring to exciting and jovial, enveloping the audience in an atmosphere of exhilaration. He started telling stories in his 20s in folk clubs – and from here his love of traditional stories began. “I love stories and I enjoy taking the audience on an emotional journey,” he says.

Tonight his storytelling is taken to a new dimension as he is joined by Pam Bishop, who enriches the tales with her unique blend of music. He is a powerhouse of storytelling and will be bringing his own inimitable style to Liskeard on 28 September. Admission £6.

Liskeard Storytelling Cafe is a friendly spoken word club in a relaxed environment. The emphasis is on oral storytelling, but monologues, poetry and anecdotes are all welcome. Several times each year professional storytellers make guest appearances. Beginners are welcome and informal tuition is given on request. Listeners are very welcome.
