Have you heard of Ki-Aikido? Ki Aikido takes the form of a Japanese martial art but in reality it is a study of mind/body coordination and ki (life energy).
Join Setsudo Ki-Aikido for a free taster session and have a go yourself. Liskerrett Community Centre, Saturday 4th May from 11am to 2pm. Suitable for all ages and abilities.
Regular sessions are held at Liskerrett on Wednesday evenings, 7.30-9.30pm.
