Free Brain Health Workshop on Tuesday 11th September 10 am- 12 pm at Liskerrett Community Centre
Cogniciti is a subsidiary of Baycrest Health Sciences focused on serving the aging population and starting conversations with individuals on health and memory changes. They will be running a free Brain Health Assessment which provides participants with a brain health report. They will also give tips on how to stay brain healthy!
You must be:
Older Adults 50 plus, possess basic computer skills/ read and speak English fluently
