Where: Hannafore beach, meet below the coastguard station

Many of our beautiful beaches in Looe are now being cleaned regularly by dog walkers and beach goers which is fantastic! However some of our more difficult to reach areas of coastline are still receiving large amounts of ocean plastic. This is an extreme beach clean and we need fit and active people who can walk with us from Hannafore to Portnadler at low tide, scrambling over the rocks and carrying whatever we can find until we reach Portnadler. We also would like anyone on kayaks or SUPs to paddle with us to Portnadler and then further round to the headland, exploring the tiny coves that are exposed at low tide and which are impossible for anyone to access other than by water. You must be confident on water and carry all the correct safety gear. Booking is essential via emails to [email protected] or 07926 091345. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
