Charlestown Regatta Week

Regatta week is run by a committee of volunteers and as well as providing a week of fun and entertainment for the village and its visitors the aim is to raise money for the benefit of Charlestown and its residents. This includes the purchase and ongoing maintenance of the children’s equipment in the Regatta Playing Field, the provision of Christmas lights for the village and a traditional Christmas lunch for all of Charlestown’s ‘over-sixties’ residents as well as donations to local good causes when funds permit.
