Celebrating Shakespeare 400

East Cornwall Bach Choir concert celebrating Shakespeare on the 400th anniversary of his death – what Will inspired in music, drama and song. The concert will include Vaughan Williams’ Serenade to Music with piano and solo violin accompaniment and Cloud Capped Towers (Shakespeare’s words set to music by Vaughan Williams), Ernest John Moeran’s Songs of Springtime and various madrigals, motets and violin solos.

Also featuring conductor Chris Howarth, pianist Jonathan Delbridge, Looe Academy School, actors and Toute Ensemble wind band.

Tickets £12, students £5 and children aged 12 and under free. Tickets available from Liskeard Information Centre or on the door.
