Cardinham 5k & 10k from 8am on Sunday 6th February, timed trail running through one of Cornwall’s largest forests at Cardinham near Bodmin. Canicross welcome, no cut off times, everyone receives a medal with awards for the top finishers!
The 5k is a sedate lap along ladyvale and up into Lidcutt with minimal hillage…. the 10k assails Callywith woods prior to linking onto the 5k route.
