Calstock Arts- Clive Carroll – 1000 Years of Music

An inspirational evening of medieval lute music, Spanish guitar classics, Delta Blues and hints of Chet Atkins and Django Reinhardt, through to the Beatles. All played by this world-class guitarist.

Clive has established himself as one of the leading acoustic guitar players in the world along with John Renbourn and Tommy Emmanuel with whom he has toured.

His three albums illustrate his impeccable technique combined with an eclectic mix of musical influences ranging from early classical to contemporary jazz. If you’ve seen him at Calstock Arts as part of Four Parts Guitar you’ll know how accomplished he is – as well as being a great storyteller.
