Callington Honey Fair

As the only town in Cornwall that still retains a Honey Fair, the streets of Callington are given over to craft stalls, a Town Crier competition, live music, family entertainment and those all important honey competitions. Always a friendly community event, many local charities and organisations participate and the Town’s churches join in with exhibitions.

The fair has been running annually since 1267 until the 1940’s and was brought back to life in 1978. You can view a history of the event on the Callington Lions website.
