The Yoga Space Cornwall

An evening of Yoga, Sound healing and meditation at the Yoga Space Cornwall on Sunday 9th February from 6.30pm. This session will start with a gentle session of yoga to awaken and allow the meridians of the body to flow, followed by a relaxing and rejuvenating Sound bath with Crystal bowls, chimes, tubular bells and drums.
