Moor to Sea

Celebrating the Looe and Liskeard area through volunteering, events and activity.

The ‘Moor to Sea’ project is a Heritage Lottery Funded driven initiative to build partnerships and capacity among heritage and environmental organisations in the valley between Looe and Liskeard in south east Cornwall.

The intention is to spark interest in these and complimentary organisations such as schools, the voluntary & community sector, and businesses. We also seek to support and generate interest among the general public (and specific target groups) to participate in events and projects that develop their understanding and value of the natural and heritage assets of the area. These include the public rights of way that link communities in the area together and provide sustainable alternatives to the private car, which will be supported by the role of the branch line through the Devon and Cornwall Rail Partnership.
