Thursday 24th and Friday 25th October, hour long slots starting 5pm, 6.15pm and 7.30pm

For all ages up to 16 (don’t need to be a member of the Scouts) parents must stay with their children, £4 per child adults free
Halloween at the Museum
Liskeard & District Museum
Saturday 26th-Saturday 2nd November, weekdays 10am-4pm, Saturdays 10am-4pm (closed Sundays)
There will be a Halloween themed trail and some spooky colouring in at Liskeard & District Museum this half term. Free entry
St Martin’s Church
Monday 28th October, 5pm
St Martin’s Church are showing FREE family movie Inside Out 2 including free popcorn (tuck shop also available)
Children must be accompanied by an adult
Join us downstairs at Liskeard Library for some Halloween crafts and making throughout October Half Term. A range of self-guided activities are available during Library opening hours.
No need to book, just drop into the Library.
Page to Picture Drawing Workshop
Liskeard Library
Wednesday 30th October, 10am-11.30am
Join Mia for a ‘Page to Picture Drawing Session. A relaxed drawing experience where we take inspiration from quotes and themes from a variety of books, and turn these ideas and concepts into drawings. Mia offers 1 to 1 guidance and support throughout the session, and all styles and abilities are welcome.
Come along and let your imagination run wild; who knows where it will take you!

Samhain is a Gaelic festival marking the end of the harvest season and beginning of winter or “darker half” of the year. Potions, Spells, wand making, Stories, Pumpkin Carving, Treasure Hunt, Broom Making and food around the fire.
£12 per child/£8 siblings.

Get ready for an underground experience like no other, we’re turning our slate mine into a Halloween Spooktacular for one night only! Open to all ages, children must be under adult supervision.
Fancy dress disco and party, live music by Lost in Space. There will also be a Terrifying Tour (additional fee) through the pitch black mine – families welcome but parental discretion advised for this bit, not for the faint hearted!

Adrenalin Quarry
Saturday 26th October – Sunday 3rd November, 9am-4pm
Adrenalin Quarry is hosting a Pumpkin Hunt this half term! This is a free event, and visitors are welcome to come solely for the hunt or book rides and enjoy the hunt alongside them. The aim is to find all 5 pumpkins using our clue sheet to discover the mystery word and earn a free ride on the zip-line (worth £12.50)!

The Cornish Maize Maze at Pillaton
Saturday 26th – Thursday 31st October, 10.30am-5pm
Pumpkin patch with pumpkin picking, a short maze with a Halloween themed quiz ideal for families with younger children. All the normal farm animals will be there!
Entry is £5 per person with under 2’s free. Pumpkins charged at £1 small, £2.50 medium and £4 large
Get up close and personal with majestic deer in their natural habitat. Experienced guides will lead you on a safari through the beautiful grounds, where you’ll have the opportunity to observe these graceful creatures in action.
Afterwards, you can participate in craft activities in the Stable Yard, spend some time in the games room or indulge in a tasty snack from the on-site café.
Cotehele National Trust
Tuesday 29th and Wednesday 30th October, 10.15am and 11.30am
Calling all little witches and wizards! This half term come and listen to spooky storytime in the Victorian Library.
Free event, however admission to the estate applies.Call 0344 249 1895 to book. Please book for all adults and children attending.

Pensilva Millennium House

Millennium House are having a Dia De Muertos (Day of the Dead) Kids Halloween Disco on the Big Night itself.
FREE entry and FREE snacks. Come in Fancy Dress, prize for the best Halloween Costume and best Day of the Dead Costume.
There will be strobe lighting.
Callington Town Hall

Halloween party and family disco. Fancy dress, raffle and refreshments, under 11s must be accompanied by a responsible adult

Lanhydrock National Trust
Saturday 12th October – Sunday 3rd November, 10.30am-4pm
This October half-term, have an adventure at Lanhydrock as you search for the Cornish Piskies hiding in the gardens.
£3 per trail, including prize. Normal admission applies. Booking not required
Cotehele National Trust
Saturday 24th – Sunday 11th November, 10.am-4pm
Pick up your free trail sheet from Visitor Reception and then explore the gardens at Cotehele to see how many spooky scarecrows you can spot. Each scarecrow has their own folklore story. Will you be able to crack the riddle to solve the mystery? This year, our scarecrows have been made my a number of local schools and community groups.
