Director David Bintley’s newest work is The King Dances, which re-imagines the very beginnings of ballet, when men were quite literally the kings of dance. Theme and Variations is a joyous ballet set to thrilling music by Tchaikovsky. Enigma Variations is a series of musical and balletic sketches of Elgar’s friends and Ashton’s beautiful choreography gives new life to each character in turn
